Where we ship

One Less currently ships eligible items from United States warehouses to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges and timing

Standard shipping is free for our initial window-track cleaning selection. The checkout shows your final order total before payment.

For the narrow crevice brush and small microfiber cloth, the current supplier estimates are 1–3 days for processing and 3–8 days for delivery after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The mini brush and dustpan currently has an estimated delivery window of 4–10 days from ordering. We will contact you if we cannot meet the stated shipping schedule and offer the choice to accept a revised date or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Separate shipments

Items may be shipped separately, with separate tracking numbers. You only pay for the items you choose. Keep any suitable items you already own.
